Wes Schram

Wes Schram brings a wide range of building and people skills to Gillin Realty, LLC having worked with individuals for single family homes, investors in apartments, private business owners, land developers, school and university administrators and hospital systems. Wes has been associated with Gillin Realty, LLC since September 2017 and is using his skills to serve the families and businesses in Johnson County and surrounding areas in their Real Estate needs whether purchasing or selling property.

Wes met his wife Cheryl while attending Southwestern Adventist University. They both stay involved in the Keene community. Their daughter has a family and has planted a Montessori school in her own community.

Wes has a strong history of working with people to provide them with their community, institutional and housing needs. He has served with food banks, community development and volunteer housing projects. In his work career, he has built infrastructure for new housing developments, managed construction of apartment complexes and new home subdivisions, constructed churches, schools, hospitals, industrial facilities and office complexes.
