Samantha lives in Keene, Texas and serves the greater Cleburne and Burleson area.  Gillin Realty LLC combines Samantha's extensive real estate experience with her absolute commitment to customer satisfaction in order to provide the best service possible to her real estate clients.  As Broker and a licensed Realtor®, Samantha has experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions - land, residential, commercial, foreclosures and short sales.  She has experience as a licensed Escrow Officer in a Title operations, an REO Closer, Property Manager and On Site Manager for builders.  She puts this experience to work for every single one of Gillin Realty LLC's clients!

Samantha was on the Board for the Johnson County Builders association (JCBA).  She's licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and is a member of the Johnson County Board of REALTORS®, the Arlington Board of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.  She can represent any buyer or seller anywhere in Texas, and focuses in the greater Cleburne and Burleson areas (including Keene, Joshua, Alvarado, Grandview, Rio Vista, Crowley, Mansfield and Fort Worth) and also the greater Grandbury and Lake Grandbury areas.
