Charmaine Broce

Charmaine joined Gillin Realty in February 2025 to expand her real estate career.

She is a great addition to the Gillin Realty team because of her extensive experience and management skills. Prior to joining Gillin Realty, Charmaine worked in Property Management for over 20 years.

Charmaine grew up in Iowa but got to Texas as fast as she could (as the saying goes!) She's been in Texas for almost three decades, and lives in Tarrant County. Her hobbies are spending time with friends and family either by the pool or four-wheeling.
